Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Corinne Aesthetics handles information collected through corinneaesthetics.com, booking links, contact links, and related website experiences.
We aim to collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries, support appointment planning, operate the website, improve site performance, and comply with applicable legal and safety obligations.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect or receive your name, email address, phone number, message details, appointment-related preferences, IP address, approximate location data, browser/device information, and website usage data.
When an inquiry form is enabled and you choose to submit it, the form may also include the page and form source, submission time, consent status, non-identifying event ID, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, landing-page context, and referrer context used to route, secure, reconcile, and measure the inquiry.
After a successfully received inquiry, we may use that inquiry's non-identifying event ID to record whether the same browser starts booking or returns to the booking confirmation page. These are provisional website milestones, not proof that an appointment was scheduled. Confirmed appointments and transactions are reconciled only from our booking and business records.
If you call, text, book, or use an external scheduling or payment link, that interaction may also be handled by the relevant service provider under its own privacy terms.
Facebook and Instagram inquiries
When you submit a Corinne Aesthetics form on Facebook or Instagram, we may receive the contact details and answers you provide, submission identifiers and time, form and advertising campaign information supplied by Meta, and available consent records. Corinne Aesthetics PC and Corinne Aesthetics LLC, acting on its behalf, use this information to respond, arrange appointments, prevent duplicate processing, confirm receipt, and reconcile inquiry sources with confirmed booking outcomes in protected business systems.
We may retain an encrypted original submission for these purposes, accessible only to authorized personnel and service providers. Retention and verified privacy requests follow the Security and retention and Your privacy choices sections below. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself authorize promotional messages, advertising conversion uploads, Customer Match or unrelated future uses. Form answers and treatment interests are not included in the limited advertising reports described below.
Protected internal reporting may associate native submissions with independently confirmed bookings or purchases. Multiple submissions remain distinct, while a shared business outcome is counted once. This internal reconciliation does not itself authorize disclosures to advertising platforms or promotional messages.
How information is used
- To respond to calls, texts, emails, and website inquiries.
- To help schedule, confirm, or support appointments.
- To record and reconcile an inquiry across approved database, customer-relationship, and reporting systems.
- To measure, inside protected business systems, the broad source and campaign of an inquiry and inquiry-linked booking progress without creating a separate visitor profile.
- To understand website performance and improve the patient experience.
- To protect the website, prevent misuse, and maintain security.
- To comply with applicable laws, court orders, or regulatory obligations.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use cookies, analytics tools, embedded reviews, chat support widgets, booking links, and similar technologies. For more detail, review our Cookie Policy.
Patient reviews may load as visible page content. When enabled, chat support and booking widgets may load as functional website tools independently of analytics or advertising consent. GA4 supports no-PII internal website measurement unless you use Your Privacy Choices to reject it. Google Ads uses Google Consent Mode with default-denied advertising storage and may send limited cookieless measurement signals. Meta remains subject to the advertising choice. Direct links to booking, financing, and social providers may remain available without loading their embedded tools on this website.
Google Ads, Meta and offline conversion measurement
Where permitted by applicable law and the receiving platform's rules, Corinne Aesthetics PC and Corinne Aesthetics LLC, acting on its behalf, may report eligible confirmed bookings and completed payments to Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram) to measure and improve advertising performance. A booking may be arranged by phone, text or staff. Limited reports may include an advertising click or lead identifier, event date/time and coded reference. An eligible payment report may also include the original paid total after discounts, including tax and tips, and currency, where permitted and authorized.
Reports exclude names, contact details or hashes, medical record numbers, diagnoses, treatment names, clinical notes, form answers, images and payment-card details. Identifiers are not anonymous: platforms may associate events with individuals, and events may reveal receipt of medical services. Information may be redisclosed and may no longer receive the same privacy protections. We do not report events or information prohibited by the receiving platform's rules, including restricted health or medical information. This measurement does not include promotional messages, Customer Match or customer audience lists.
Applicable consent requirements, recorded measurement rejection, withdrawal, historical combined Reject All choices and supported Global Privacy Control signals are honored. Google click-ID-only booking measurement retains its separate measurement choice where permitted; Meta reporting remains subject to the applicable advertising permission. Our optional signed intake authorization expires one year after signing and does not affect care, availability, prices or payment arrangements. Each authorization covers only its named recipients and scope; later policy or form changes do not expand earlier permission. You can use Your Privacy Choices for website preferences or revoke signed permission by writing to [email protected]. Revocation stops future disclosures, not those already made. You may receive a copy of your authorization.
SMS and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, analytics, booking, reviews, chat or communications, security, payment or financing links, and business operations.
Website and Facebook/Instagram inquiries may be processed by approved hosting, security, database, customer-relationship, and reporting providers used to receive the inquiry, prevent duplicates, confirm delivery, and support follow-up. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself authorize promotional messages.
Lead contact information, inquiry messages, selected treatments, and treatment notes are operational inquiry data and are not sent to website analytics or advertising systems.
Declining analytics or personalized advertising does not prevent the protected internal operational measurement described above after you intentionally submit an inquiry. It prevents delivery that requires the rejected consent. Google Ads booking measurement has a separate choice: rejecting personalized advertising alone does not turn off click-ID-only booking measurement where that measurement is permitted. Explicit measurement rejection, withdrawal, historical combined Reject All choices and supported Global Privacy Control signals stop this booking measurement.
We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, public safety request, investigation, merger, acquisition, or similar business transfer.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. No website or electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Encrypted original Facebook and Instagram inquiry submissions and their extracted source and campaign tracking fields are retained for no more than 24 months from the original submission time. We remove them earlier when no longer needed or when an applicable verified privacy request requires removal. Independently retained appointment, transaction, medical, accounting and legal records follow their separate rules.
The new broad source/campaign fields and provisional inquiry-linked booking milestones described above are retained for no more than 24 months. A verified deletion request removes those fields and milestones unless a documented legal exception applies. Existing appointment and transaction records maintained for business, medical, accounting, or legal purposes follow their existing retention requirements.
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or appeal of a privacy decision.
California residents may have additional rights under California privacy law, including the right to know what categories of personal information are collected, the sources of that information, the business purpose for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom information may be shared. You can use Your Privacy Choices to opt out of advertising sharing for this browser/device. We honor a supported Global Privacy Control signal by blocking advertising attribution sharing and discarding the broad source and campaign classification for the inquiry. The disclosed inquiry-linked operational milestones may still be recorded in protected systems.
Children
This website is not designed to attract children and is not intended to collect personal information from children under the applicable age of consent.
